Refund Policy
Refund Policy - the basics
At Sweets Shirts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you request a refund within 14 days (two weeks) of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Please note that items must be unworn and in their original condition to qualify for a refund, and pictures will be required as proof and sent over email/WhatsApp.
If the parcel company has marked the item/s as delivered, then unfortunately this is not within our power and a refund will not be processed.

Qualifying for a refund: acceptable reasons?

​Wrong size received (e.g. Sold as a Medium, received a Large)

Wrong item received (received a different item to what was ordered)

Damaged item (unsatisfactory condition item received, as opposed to what was listed. Please note that we sell second-hand items thus any imperfections will be clearly stated and/or pictured to the best of our knowledge. Vintage pieces especially. If we miss anything minor, then we apologise but very minor imperfections will less than likely be counted as damaged.
